All athletes in FAST, STRONG or 360 classes must attend a FREE evaluation - offered Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 7pm - prior to training. Due to high demand, we're also offering evaluations on Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Please call 540-265-8585 to register for an evaluation.

EDGE 360 is the total package. It is an intense training program that covers all aspects of athletic development. Our progression of training provides the proper foundation an athlete needs prior to performing intense, high-impact exercises. Plyometric and Olympic lifting will be used in this advanced sports performance program. The program will focus on the proper foundation of strength, postural and joint stability, body control, and conditioning. This will be a closed class that will start every 6 weeks. Athletes must meet with an Edge coach prior to joining an Edge 360 class. Enrollment is limited.
With proper training, every athlete can improve some aspect of their movement. In order to increase speed and agility, one must first learn and master proper movement mechanics. Speed training includes form running exercises and drills for acceleration. Agility mechanics include proper positioning of the center of gravity, understanding your base of support, and learning how to use proper footwork for quick and efficient changes of direction. Once the athlete has developed proper mechanics they will progress through the EDGE F.A.S.T. program. Along with increasing speed and agility, workouts are also developed to enhance sport conditioning. Classes offered all year and cost $65 per month. This class is open enrollment so you can join at any time and train for 30 days.
Athletes who train in the EDGE STRONG class will be supervised through structured, specific resistance training programs that utilize various forms of free weights and Olympic lifting. Every athlete will be taught the proper mechanics of lifting. Programs are developed to progress athletes from base conditioning to complex training. Our emphasis is on proper technique to ensure maximal results without injury. Available to athletes age 12 and over.
