Edge Trained
The majority of the athletes compete in fall, winter and spring sports in addition to club leagues. Training throughout a playing season will keep the athlete strong all year long. Continuing to improve flexibility, mobility and overall core strength will allow any athlete to compete at their highest level regardless of the season. This will prevent injuries and continue the overall development of the athlete as they continue to compete and work to reach their full potential.

We offer sport performance classes for athletes ages 6 to 25.
