Sports Performance

We offer classes Monday through Thursday and Saturday for athletes ages 6 to 18+. Training is specific to the athlete and our CSCS coaches design a program that focuses on speed, strength, agility, explosive power and injury prevention. Proper technique and mechanics are taught and we progress each athlete over a period of months. New Winter 2009-10 Classes focus on sport specific training!

Looking for a more intense training program or just returning from an injury?
Train one on one with an expert and take the next step in your athletic career. The 1:1 programs are completely designed for the individual athlete and work outs can be held according to your schedule.

Court Rental

Practice, Clinics, Leagues & Tournaments

With over 30,000 square feet, The Edge can be your home for practice, competition or clinics.We offer indoor soccer, volleyball and basketball leagues or your team/group can rent the facility for your own use.We're currently reserving space into March 2010 so contact us today for more information.
