Group exercise will never be the same! This all inclusive class is designed to meet the needs of all adults looking for that competitive edge. We’re seeking adults not satisfied with mediocrity, bored of health club group exercise classes, or who want professional instruction … but just can fit it into the budget. Sports Performance for Adults will address the fundamentals of fitness like flexibility, stability, strength, balance, and cardio-respiratory conditioning and specific forms of fitness like power, speed, reaction, and agility. Our goal is to decrease the risk of injury during activity and promote lifelong health and wellness.

Tuesday – 9:30am to 10:30am
Thursday – 9:30am to 10:30am
